EzyGo (https://ezygo.co.in), operated by Dream Enterprises, is a travel discovery, comparison, and metasearch platform. We do not sell airline tickets, hotel nights, train passes, bus seats, or holiday packages directly, nor do we process or hold customer payments.

Crucial Information: Because all booking transactions and payments occur directly on the partner travel provider's platform (e.g., Skyscanner, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Yatra, redBus, or airline portals), all ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject exclusively to the terms and conditions of that specific provider.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

If you need to cancel or modify a travel reservation:

  • Locate Your Confirmation Email: Search your inbox for the booking confirmation sent by the provider where you entered your payment details.
  • Identify Your Booking Reference (PNR / Reservation ID): This reference code is unique to the booking agency or carrier.
  • Contact the Provider Directly: Visit the official website or customer support helpline of the provider to initiate the cancellation or refund request.

3. Third-Party Refund Timelines & Charges

Refund policies vary significantly depending on fare type and supplier:

  • Airlines: Non-refundable tickets may only yield statutory airport fee refunds, while flexible fares may incur standard cancellation fees as mandated by DGCA (for domestic flights in India) or international carrier guidelines.
  • Hotels: Free cancellation windows typically expire 24 to 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in. Non-refundable reservations generally cannot be refunded.
  • Trains (IRCTC / Indian Railways): Follow standard Indian Railway cancellation rules depending on when the ticket is surrendered relative to train departure.
  • Buses: Cancellation slabs are defined by the individual private or state bus operator (e.g. redBus partner operators).

4. EzyGo Platform Services

EzyGo is 100% free for consumers to search and compare travel. We never charge users any booking fees, markup fees, or cancellation handling surcharges. Consequently, EzyGo does not issue monetary refunds directly to consumers.
