Welcome to EzyGo (https://ezygo.co.in), a travel discovery, comparison, and affiliate service brand owned and operated by Dream Enterprises ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and maintaining strict data security standards.

1. Information We Collect

We collect limited categories of information necessary to deliver travel search and comparison features:

  • Search Queries: Departure city, destination, selected travel dates, number of passengers, and preferred cabin class. These queries are processed to generate comparison search links.
  • Newsletter Information: When you subscribe to our travel deals newsletter, we collect your email address. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Device & Log Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system version, referring URLs, and interaction timestamps.
Important Note on Payment Information: EzyGo is a metasearch engine. We do NOT collect, process, or store credit card details, debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account credentials. All financial transactions take place exclusively on the verified travel provider's encrypted booking platform.

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

  • Provide, maintain, and optimize our travel metasearch engine.
  • Facilitate outbound redirection to the relevant travel provider.
  • Send email newsletters featuring travel deals, fare alerts, and guides (if you have opted in).
  • Detect, prevent, and mitigate security threats, bot attacks, and fraudulent traffic.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

EzyGo utilizes standard HTTP cookies, session tokens, and local browser storage to remember your search preferences (e.g. selected currency INR, recent airports) and to verify affiliate attribution when you click outbound links. For comprehensive details, please view our Cookie Policy.

4. Third-Party Travel Partners

When you click on a deal, flight, or hotel offer on EzyGo, you will be redirected to an external third-party travel portal (such as Skyscanner, Agoda, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, or redBus). Their collection and use of personal data is governed strictly by their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Retention & Rights

We do not retain search logs longer than necessary for statistical aggregation. You have the right to request deletion of your newsletter subscription or inquire about any personal data we hold by contacting our Data Protection Officer at support@ezygo.co.in.
