EzyGo is an online travel search and discovery aggregator. We provide comparison tools to assist consumers in identifying travel options, comparing prices, and finding relevant affiliate travel deals from third-party travel providers, airlines, hotel booking engines, and transport networks.

2. Third-Party Bookings & Contracts

EzyGo does not operate airlines, hotels, trains, buses, or rental cars, nor do we issue travel tickets or handle reservation payments. When you select a travel option, you will be directed to the third-party provider's website. Any reservation, contract, or booking agreement is made solely between you and that third-party provider.

No Agency Relationship: Dream Enterprises / EzyGo is not a travel agency, broker, or ticketing merchant. We bear no liability for cancellations, schedule delays, luggage loss, room discrepancies, or service failures arising from your bookings with third-party providers.

3. Accuracy of Travel Information & Indicative Pricing

While we endeavor to keep all information, routes, and price indications accurate and up-to-date, fare availability changes rapidly in the travel industry. Prices labeled "From ₹X*" are indicative and based on recent benchmark searches. You must verify the final price, baggage allowances, cancellation terms, and taxes on the provider's checkout page before completing payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design architecture, trademarks, graphics, code, and logos relating to EzyGo are the intellectual property of Dream Enterprises or its licensors. The design was crafted by LazyWasim. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or scrape platform data without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated spiders, scrapers, or bots to harvest prices or data from EzyGo without authorization.
  • Circumvent or tamper with security controls or affiliate redirect mechanisms.
  • Submit false, defamatory, or abusive inquiries through our contact forms.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of EzyGo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
